Trenchless Pipe Repair in Sacramento, CA
Trenchless pipe repair fixes damaged, cracked, or leaking sewer and water lines without digging up your yard, driveway, or landscaping. We use pipe lining (CIPP) to install a new pipe-within-a-pipe that seals cracks, root intrusions, and joint failures from the inside. The cured liner is seamless, corrosion-resistant, and adds decades to your pipe's service life. We confirm the repair with a camera inspection before and after. Most jobs are completed in a single day with minimal disruption to your property.
Signs You Need Trenchless Pipe Repair
- Chronic sewer line backups despite repeated drain cleaning — the root cause is structural (roots, collapsed section, or offset joint) not accumulated debris
- A video inspection showed cracks, root intrusion, or joint separation in your sewer lateral
- There's a soft, wet spot in your yard that doesn't dry out, or a new depression in the soil near where your sewer line runs
- Your home was built before 1970 and has original clay sewer lines — these are past their service life and prone to joint failure and root intrusion
- You're getting sewage smells outside near the yard even when drains inside are working — the line is leaking underground

Why Choose Us
No Yard Excavation
Access through your existing cleanout. Your landscaping, driveway, and concrete stay intact.
50+ Year Liner Rating
CIPP liner materials are rated for decades of service. Most installations outlast the building.
Completed in One Day
Most residential sewer lining jobs are done start to finish in a single day, including cleanup.
Before & After Camera Footage
You see the pipe before lining and the sealed result after. Video documentation provided.
No Joints for Roots to Re-Enter
The seamless liner eliminates the joints that roots target. Root intrusion that keeps recurring after jetting usually stops permanently after lining.
Honest Assessment of Fit
We'll tell you if excavation is the better option for your pipe. We won't attempt to line a pipe that isn't a good candidate.
How It Works
Camera inspection and measurement
We camera the existing pipe to map the damage, measure the diameter, and confirm the pipe is a candidate for lining. Not every pipe can be lined — complete collapses or severe misalignment need excavation, and we'll tell you that upfront rather than discovering it mid-job.
Hydro jet the line clean
The existing pipe is thoroughly cleaned by high-pressure jetting before lining. The liner won't adhere properly to a pipe wall coated with grease, root mass, or scale. Clean pipe = successful liner.
Install the CIPP liner
We saturate a felt tube with two-part epoxy resin, insert it into the damaged pipe using air pressure, and inflate it against the pipe walls. The liner conforms to the pipe's shape, covering every crack and sealing every joint.
Cure and final camera inspection
The liner cures in 2–4 hours depending on diameter and temperature. We cut it open at any connection points, then run a final camera to confirm complete coverage and proper curing. You get the full video before we leave.

Trenchless Pipe Repair FAQ

Pipe Bursting
Pipe bursting replaces a damaged or undersized pipe entirely without excavation. We pull a new HDPE pipe through the old one while a bursting head simultaneously fractures the old pipe outward into the surrounding soil. The result is a brand-new pipe in the same path, with no trenching required except for small access pits at each end. Pipe bursting works for sewer laterals, water mains, and storm lines. It's ideal when the existing pipe is too far gone for lining but you want to avoid the cost and disruption of full excavation.
Learn moreAdditionalVideo Inspection
We run an HD camera through your drain or sewer line and show you exactly what's going on in real time — root intrusion, cracks, offset joints, grease buildup, or a belly in the line. The camera records the full inspection and we mark the location of any problems so they can be precisely excavated or treated. Video inspections are essential before any major repair, for home buyers wanting to know the condition of sewer laterals, and as preventive maintenance for older properties. You'll receive a recording of the inspection.
